About This Role
Shape the technical direction of our platform engineering team, building the infrastructure that powers our SaaS platform serving thousands of enterprise customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead architectural decisions for platform scalability and reliability
- Mentor senior engineers and establish engineering best practices
- Partner with product to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive initiatives to improve developer experience and platform performance
- Contribute to technical strategy and roadmap planning
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Strong proficiency in Go, Python, or Java
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern DevOps practices
- Track record of leading technical projects with significant business impact
