What You'll Do
- Manage and develop a high-performing frontend engineering team
- Partner with product management to plan and execute roadmap
- Drive technical excellence and maintain code quality standards
- Participate in hiring and build team capabilities
- Balance technical debt with feature development
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of engineering management experience
- Strong background in frontend development (React, TypeScript)
- Experience scaling frontend applications
- Proven ability to recruit and develop engineers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
