About This Role
12-month contract to lead user research initiatives across mobile banking and wealth management products.
What You'll Do
- Plan and conduct user research studies
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights
- Present findings to product and design teams
- Build and maintain research repository
- Advocate for customer needs across the organization
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of UX research experience
- Experience with various research methodologies
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities
- Experience with research tools (UserTesting, Dovetail, etc.)
